bespoke corporate cultural connection workshops & entrepreneurial consultancy

since 2017 kin has been building something that works — and over the years we have been asked, more and more, how others can do the same.

we offer consultancy for schools, organisations and grassroots projects who want to embed kin culture into what they do.
kin culture has grown over a decade of curiosity — drawing from forest school pedagogy, nature connection practices, permaculture, communication models (sociocracy), storytelling, music and the wisdom of elders and pioneers we have invited to share their knowledge along the way. it is not a programme. it is a way of being with people and place.

we have worked with settings locally and internationally, and we have learned that the most effective way to support any organisation is to work alongside the people already there — helping them develop a genuine and lasting culture of connection from within.

kin shared a wealth of experience such as how to build a good team, how to operate the organisation for further growth, and amazing songs and music into our forest school. we really appreciated their input.

why us?

kin is an established grassroots organisation based in east london, founded by female directors misty twigg and rhiannon leyland in 2017. through our offerings we foster community and wellbeing for ourselves, each other and nature.

we have a growing team of qualified facilitators as well as a thriving work experience programme through which we have offered guidance and mentorship over the years. we have always opened the gates to our forest to support people along the way. we are proud to have established a thriving workshops and training programme — enabling londoners and beyond to carry kin culture into their own work is something we are deeply passionate about.

we have loved sharing our practices with organisations who want to grow a genuine culture of wellbeing, connection and belonging among their people. nature connection, it turns out, is as transformative for a team as it is for a child.

we have consulted on numerous successful projects locally and internationally, and we currently have partnerships with a number of charities delivering sessions to the most vulnerable in our local communities.

our project is experiencing more demand than we are currently able to meet, and so we are finding new ways to expand our reach — bringing kin culture to more organisations, communities and settings that need it. we also support individuals and practitioners who want to establish their own nature-based provisions.

we would love to hear about your project or passion and how we can align.
